What if I don't have time to work out and eat healthy?

There are certain aspects of our lives that are non-negotiable, and one of those aspects is our health and well being. The beauty of fitness, performance, and wellness is that our commitment lies on a spectrum. This means that the level of commitment that is right for you may be completely different from me or anyone else. You may not have time to work out every day, but you can still do something. And this program is designed specifically to arrange what's best for you.

How do I know if I'm doing movements properly?

This is a great question and common as well, so kudos to you for having the awareness of how you move your body through time and space. So long as you make use of live trainings, Q&A sessions, and the private GoFlow community, you'll be able to have the feedback you need to make the most of your program.

What if I don't see any results with the program?

Luckily for you, we have many years of experience under our belt, so with GoFlow you'll be getting everything that you need to succeed & get the results that you are after... Do I need to be in shape to do this?

Although there are some refined skills you can learn in this program, it is designed to help you start from square one. So, if you have absolutely zero experience in fitness, we can take the baby steps necessary to help you hit the ground running with a routine fit to your needs. 

How often should I meet with you for in person sessions?

Generally speaking, in person clients meet with me anywhere from 1 to 3 times per week. As far as what is best for you depends entirely on context. For more sedentary folks who require more accountability and regular activity, higher frequency is better. For the rest who are highly active but desire the guidance and know-how of a coach, less frequency is appropriate under these circumstances.

Are you a nutritionist and can you write meal plans?

I am a not a licensed nutritionist or dietician. It would be outside of my scope of practice to prescribe a meal plan for medical ailments. But, I am a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. With this certification I can counsel my clients on science backed insights and lifestyle habits to make effective dietary choices.

How can I see the best results working with you?

My most successful clients set “low” expectations for themselves. “Low,” meaning they start the program with the expectation of simply being consistent with adopting healthy habits and hitting their sessions. They show little interest in quick results and embrace the long road which ironically gets them the fastest results. Delaying gratification is the most important pillar to achieving your peak health and fitness.
