These terms of service (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between Digital Wealth Creators Inc., a subsidiary of B&O Consulting Ltd, (“Digital Wealth Creators Inc.,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) governing your access to and use of our website, content and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

An Intellectual Property clause informs users that the contents, logos and other visual media are our property and protected by copyright laws.

3. User‑generated content
If our Services allow you to upload, post or otherwise make available content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content you grant Digital Wealth Creators Inc. a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content. A Content clause generally explains that users own the rights to content they create but give the site a licence to share it
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion and without notice if we determine that the User Content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Wealth Creators Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; or (d) any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services.
Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for accessing the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Digital Wealth Creators Inc., its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third‑party right, including any copyright, property or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Services. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease and you must promptly delete all copies of our content from your devices. A Termination clause explains that user accounts or access can be terminated in case of abuses or at your sole discretion
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. A Governing Law clause informs users which laws govern the agreement

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the “Effective date” at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
