Keep Your Leads ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered voice and call capture services for service-based businesses. Our platform answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments automatically on behalf of our clients.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By subscribing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

Keep Your Leads operates on a month-to-month subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date until cancelled.

  • You will be billed monthly in advance for your chosen plan
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current
3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription — no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, contact us through the contact form at keepyourleads.net to request a refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial payment
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • After the 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable
  • Partial-month refunds are not issued upon cancellation outside the refund window
4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel, submit a request through the contact form at keepyourleads.net.

  • Your service remains active through the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the following month once cancellation is confirmed
  • Cancellation requests submitted after your renewal date apply to the following billing cycle
5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Keep Your Leads only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Use our service to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our technology
  • Use the platform to harass, spam, or contact individuals without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Promotional Terms

From time to time, Keep Your Leads may offer promotional pricing, free trials, or limited-time discounts. The following terms apply:

  • Promotions are valid for new customers only unless otherwise stated
  • Promotional pricing applies to the initial billing period only — standard pricing resumes at renewal
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
  • Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before expiration
7. Limitation of Liability

Keep Your Leads provides its services "as is." We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific business outcome expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
