We provide virtual assistant services including but not limited to administrative support, social media management, design creation, and client coordination.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
All virtual assistants operate as independent contractors. No employer-employee relationship is established.
4. Payment & Subscription
Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in their service agreement. A 30-day notice is required to cancel ongoing subscriptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by our VAs for clients becomes the property of the client unless otherwise agreed. Our website content is protected and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
