SAFE SITTER® Prepares Students in Grades 6-8 (ages 11-14)

Training to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. It is a big responsibility, you need to be sure that they are ready.

Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who’s choking, safety skills during severe weather, stages of child development, practice diapering, plus business skills. The lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises. Students will also get to use CPR manikins to practice compression on child/infant and choking rescue!

Class Skills Include: Safety, Child Care, First Aid & Rescue, and Life & Business.

SPANISH Primeros Auxilios, RCP y DEA (First Aid, CPR & AED)

Esta clase proporciona el conocimiento y las habilidades para la CPR de adultos, niños y bebés, el uso de un AED, alivio de la asfixia, junto con una conferencia y un componente práctico de Primeros Auxilios. Los primeros auxilios cubren emergencias médicas, emergencias por lesiones y emergencias ambientales.
