Jess Maas trades as Jess.Maas (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or purchasing any service or product with Jess.Maas, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Services
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be advised prior to confirmation.
Photoshoot bookings are priced for one model only. Additional fees apply for additional models.
If a photoshoot booking exceeds the allocated time, an additional charge of $100 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.
Deposits & Payments
A $100 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all bookings this covers one client.
Booking fees must be paid within 1 hour of making the booking. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
Booking fees are payable via the online booking system unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the booking and must be paid via cash or direct deposit unless otherwise agreed.
Final payment must be made immediately upon completion of the service. Failure to pay may result in recovery action.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
All booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
One reschedule is permitted within a one-month timeframe, provided a minimum of 7 days’ notice is given.
Late arrival of 15 minutes or more will result in immediate cancellation and all payments will be forfeited.
Appointments are scheduled back-to-back and cannot be extended.
Clients are advised to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, skin conditions, or other relevant information prior to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jess.Maas is not liable for adverse reactions, outcomes, or losses resulting from a client’s failure to disclose relevant information.
Right to Refuse Service
Jess.Maas reserves the right to refuse service to any client or bridal party member who:
Has an infectious condition
Displays inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour
Where service is refused, the booking fee will not be refunded as it covers loss of appointment time.
Photography, Content & Reviews
Photos and/or videos may be taken before, during, or after makeup application and used for marketing, portfolio, educational, and promotional purposes.
Any public comments, reviews, or feedback relating to Jess.Maas posted on social media may be used as testimonials or reviews.
If you do not wish your comments or feedback to be used, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 7 business days of posting.
Educational & Digital Products
Educational services, courses, lessons, and digital products are provided for educational purposes only.
Jess.Maas does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or skill levels. Individual results may vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jess.Maas excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Jess.Maas reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Agreement
By paying a booking fee, making a payment, or attending a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
