I know, I know, no one wants to hear it but it’s the truth. The holidays will be here before

we know it. Soon it will be pumpkins, turkeys, and Christmas cheer. Then a count down and

boom we’re in the next year.

Along with the changing of seasons comes opportunity and reflection. We wonder what could

be and what will be. This month I wanted to take the time and thank all of you for the love and

support you have given me and my family.

We appreciate and are humbled by your patronage and hope to keep serving you for years to come.

You all are friends and family, not just past clients. Thank you for humoring my reflection and let’s

Interest rates are super low and home values are at a great point. Whether you are considering buying,

selling, or just refinancing the time is right for all. Everyone always asks, How is the market? Well, the

truth is it depends.

Here are a few things to think about in regards to the condition of the market. If you are buying for your

family home, then it’s a great time because of rates, they’re low and it means the home of your dreams is

that much more affordable.

If you are selling, it is a great time because values are holding and people are buying because of the low rates.

If you’re looking for an investment to buy and hold, its a great time because rents keep going up. If you are

selling to downsize or move up it’s a great time.

It’s not just because I do real estate, my advice as a friend is, right now is the best time for whatever you might

want to do regarding real estate. If you are curious at all about anything real estate, please don’t hesitate to
