Where do your in-person sessions take place?

Sessions can be held at a location of my choice (gym/studio) or at a location that works best for you. We’ll discuss and confirm the most convenient option during your consultation.

How long is each training session?

Each session lasts about 45–60 minutes, depending on your program and fitness goals.

Do I need any prior fitness experience?

Not at all! My programs are designed for all levels from beginners to advanced athletes. Everything will be tailored to meet you where you are.

What should I bring to a session?

Comfortable workout clothes, supportive sneakers, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! If you have your own equipment, we can incorporate it, but it’s not required.

How often should I train per week?

This depends on your goals, but most clients train 2–3 times per week for best results. We’ll create a plan that works for your lifestyle.

Do you offer one-on-one only, or can I train with a friend?

I primarily focus on one-on-one training, but small group or partner training can be arranged upon request.

the founder

I’m Cynthia LeBron, the founder of Primera Vida Rise, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist. My passion for fitness comes from a deeply personal journey. I lost over 130 pounds, rebuilt my health, and discovered the strength I never knew I had.

As a mother of five and a DV survivor, I know what it means to fight for a new beginning. Fitness became my outlet, my healing, and my way of proving to myself that transformation is possible at any stage of life. Now, I dedicate myself to guiding others through that same process. Helping men and women redefine their limits and rise stronger than ever.

Primera Vida Rise isn’t just about workouts. It’s about discipline, confidence, and lifestyle change. My mission is to inspire you to rise beyond the ordinary and create a version of yourself you never thought possible.
