I have been in the physical therapy field for over 12 years. I began working with weekend warrior athletes to professional triathletes and gradually switched over to specializing in geriatrics.

Most of my experience has been in skilled nursing and rehab working with Post acute hospital patients that needed intense daily physical therapy to be able to regain basic mobility and function. I am extremely passionate about teaching severely debilitated people how to walk again and return to their prior level.

Manual therapy is also one of my passions as I like to be hands-on to really help facilitate movement and reduction of pain.

When I am not working with patients I enjoy powerlifting, weightlifting, surfing with my two little sons, playing beach volleyball, stand up paddle boarding and playing the ukulele. I am a licensed EMT and certified personal trainer as well.
