Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking our services, or using our SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

1. Services Description

Ej3 Customs provides professional mobile auto detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related automotive care services

Service Areas

Our services are available in Oakville, Ontario L6K 3S4 and surrounding areas. We are a mobile service that comes to your location.

Service Hours

We operate 7 days a week 9-5pm. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

2. Booking and Appointments

The following terms apply to booking our services:

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system

A valid phone number and location address are required for mobile services

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing and payment terms are as follows:

All prices are subject to change without notice

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or difficult-to-remove stains

Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us:

Message frequency varies based on your service activity

Standard message and data rates may apply

You can opt-out by texting STOP to any message

Text HELP for assistance with our messaging service

We may send appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers

5. Liability and Insurance

Important information about liability and insurance:

Ej3 Customs is fully insured for property damage and liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle

Any damage claims must be reported immediately upon discovery

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles during service

Customers are responsible for removing valuable items before service

6. Vehicle Access and Safety

For safe and effective service delivery:

Customers must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle location

Adequate parking space and access to water/electricity may be required

Vehicles must be accessible and unlocked during scheduled service time

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are secured during service

7. Service Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality services:

We guarantee our workmanship for 7 days after service completion

Customer satisfaction issues must be reported within 48 hours

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns

Some stains, odors, or damage may not be completely removable

Results may vary based on vehicle condition and age

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating

Submitting false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ej3 Customs and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
