about your real-life struggles, dreams, or survival. Your story could inspire the next film — because real pain creates real art.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE BEST STORY?

The deadline is August 7th at 11:59pm. After this our team will read through the stories to see the best story.

Restrictions:

Must write 3 to 5 paragraphs, no more

The story must have a beginning struggle, several ways on how you worked through the struggles, happy ending of overcoming those struggles. Must involve 1 to 2 main people no more than that. Everyone else are sub characters.

Must live in the United State
Must have at least $5000 to take care of the locations, crew and cast expenses.
Once I write the story, and you approve the story, then we do the rest
Masika will not get paid to write, produce or Direct the film but she will from distribution and so will you. (separate contract)
We will choose someone by December go into pre production by March.
We will shoot the film in the summer.

WHAT IF I DON'T WIN?

I’ve been in the booth when he showed up with nothing but a dream, and pain too heavy for one man to carry. Custody battles, betrayal, loss—he’s lived it. Still, he raps with loyalty in his heart and fire in his soul. He’s not flawless, but he’s fearless. And his story? I’ve heard it before… from a thousand voices in a thousand cities. But this time, it’s loud enough for the world to feel.
