• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking à la carte services, ensuring your spot is reserved and ready for premier care.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking packages, allowing us to prepare and deliver the best experience.
• These deposits are applied to the total service fee, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional value.
• Consent and Liability Forms:
• Mandatory Documentation: To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment experience, clients are required to complete all consent, liability, and other necessary forms prior to their appointment.
• Submission Deadline: These forms will be made available at the time of booking and must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Rescheduling Policy: Failure to complete the required forms ahead of time will result in the need to reschedule the appointment, as the completion time is not built into the service duration.

• Respect for Your Time: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients seeking our signature services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
