Terms & Conditions – James Barbour® Programs & Memberships

By enrolling in a program or membership under James Barbour®, Star Power, Driven Mastery, FBG6, The Ring, Lead Connector or any associated offerings (referred to collectively as “Programs”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Billing

Your membership or program fee is billed at the agreed-upon rate on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at the time of enrollment).Payments are processed automatically on the same date each billing cycle. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, rejoining will be subject to the current pricing at that time.

2. Founding or Special Rate Lock-In

f you are enrolling under a founding rate, legacy rate, or special promotion, your rate is locked in for as long as your membership remains active.If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, you will be required to enroll at the current program rate, which may be higher than your original rate.

3. Cancellation & Rejoining

You may cancel your enrollment at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.Upon cancellation, access to the program and all associated benefits will be revoked at the end of your current billing cycle.If you decide to rejoin after canceling, you must enroll at the then-current pricing, and any previous discounts, bonuses, or locked-in rates will not be reinstated.

4. Program Benefits

Program benefits may include access to exclusive content, coaching, courses, live sessions, private communities, and other resources.The offerings within each program may evolve over time to enhance the experience and value provided.

5. Refunds & Payment Disputes

ll payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content, live coaching, and program access.Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in permanent removal from the program and forfeiture of future participation.

6. Program Modifications

James Barbour® and affiliated brands reserve the right to modify content, features, pricing, and program structure for new members at any time.Founding and legacy members will not experience a price increase as long as their membership remains uninterrupted.

7. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully in any community spaces, coaching calls, or discussions. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any program under James Barbour®, Star Power, Driven Mastery, FBG6, The Ring, Lead Connector, or related brands, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
