“Materials” refers to all intellectual property and educational content provided within Programs, including:
Videos
Audio recordings
Workbooks and manuals
Exercises and guided processes
Course frameworks and methodologies
Digital downloads and presentations
Online portal content
Access or browse this website
Purchase or register for any Program
Attend an event or workshop
Access training materials
Join a community platform operated by the Company
You are at least 18 years of age
You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Information provided during registration is accurate and complete
Services are delivered from Australia
This Agreement is governed by Australian law
Participants are responsible for complying with any applicable laws in their own jurisdiction
Online learning portals
Digital course modules
Coaching sessions
Live workshops or retreats
Downloadable resources
Private online communities
Credit card
Bank transfer
Payment plans
Third-party financing providers
Recurring payments are authorized
Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of program access
Purchases are considered fully utilized upon payment
No cooling-off period applies
Attendance at scheduled sessions
Completion of program training modules
Completion of exercises or assignments
Demonstrated effort to apply the training
Re-supplying the services; or
Paying the cost of having the services supplied again
Medical advice
Psychological counselling
Psychiatric treatment
Legal advice
Financial advice
Emotional responses may arise during exercises
Participation in activities is voluntary
Participants may decline to participate in any exercise
Participation is voluntary
You assume all risks associated with participation
Income or financial outcomes
Business success
Personal transformation
Lifestyle improvements
Disruptive
Abusive
Harassing
Harmful to other participants
Copy or reproduce materials
Record sessions without permission
Distribute training materials
Teach or commercialize program frameworks
Share login credentials
Emails
SMS messages
Event updates
Marketing communications
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Venue closures
Technical failures
The parties will attempt good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, the dispute may proceed to mediation in Queensland.
If mediation fails, the dispute may be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Queensland.
