All services are subject to written agreements, estimates, or contracts provided directly to the client.
2. Estimates and Project Scope
Any estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if:
Project scope changes
Hidden issues are discovered (structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Material selections change
We communicate any changes clearly before proceeding.
3. Scheduling
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
Weather conditions
Material availability
Change orders
Unforeseen site conditions
We prioritize clear communication throughout the project.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays or suspension of work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide access to the property as needed
Make timely decisions on materials and design
Communicate any concerns promptly
6. Workmanship
We take pride in doing the job right the first time. Any warranty or workmanship guarantees will be outlined in your project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
TRS Quality Construction is not responsible for:
Pre-existing conditions not visible at the time of estimate
Delays outside of our control
Work performed by third parties not hired by TRS
