Full M&E package at Maiden House, Maidenhead

Lawsons Group Ltd completed the full M&E installation package for phase one of Maiden House in Maidenhead.

This phase included 36 new build apartments, requiring mechanical and electrical services across the individual homes and wider building areas. Our work helped provide the essential systems needed for safe, practical and comfortable modern living.

From planning through to installation and certification, the project required steady coordination to keep the works moving in line with the wider build programme.

All electrical work was certified through the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.
