JMV Cleaning
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by JMV Cleaning (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
JMV Cleaning provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other related cleaning services.
The scope of work will be defined prior to service. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, staff availability, or emergencies.
3. Payments
Payment is due according to the agreed terms at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension until payment is received.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Secure pets during cleaning services
Remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas
Inform us of any special instructions, hazards, or sensitive materials
JMV Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by unstable items, pre-existing conditions, or items not disclosed prior to service.
6. Supplies & Equipment
We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If the client requests the use of specific products, JMV Cleaning is not responsible for any adverse reactions or damages caused by those products.
7. Damage & Liability
We take great care in delivering our services. Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or hidden defects.
8. Health & Safety
For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the client is not satisfied with the service, we encourage immediate communication so we can address concerns promptly. Refunds or re-services are handled at our discretion.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which JMV Cleaning is registered.
