Emailed the shop the other day for an appointment for a prom dress fitting. The lady Rita was very helpful with helping us with an appointment. When we arrived the lady’s Rita and Maggie were very friendly and helpful. We had one to one help with finding the PERFECT dress for my daughter with help from Maggie who was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble for her and we tried a few dresses too. I walked out the shop with the most perfect dress and a very happy daughter thank you lovely ladies we will be back in the future!!

Amazing experience. We called the shop that we would be late and Rita and her colleagues were so understanding and welcomed us in and found the perfect dress after just one appointment. I had Maggie for my fitting and she gave me a wonderful experience finding my perfect dress. Rita was a breath of fresh air and gave beautiful suggestions when fitting some of the dresses. Even with construction for an extension was in play, costumer service was still at its best giving an immaculate results.

Such a lovely experience with Rita and her colleagues at Proposals bridal studio this weekend. Rita fit us in last minute on and already busy day. The ladies were so friendly, helpful, positive and supportive for our first prom dress shopping experience. Nothing was too much trouble. So much choice and the dresses are beautiful and very well made! It was such a lovely experience seeing the girls try on the gorgeous dresses. We called up to make an appointment for a prom dress for my daughter. Rita managed to fit us in within days. The selection of dresses at the shop is wonderful and the help with choosing the right dress was great too! We chose the dress and were also given some hints and tips on how to manage the dress on that day which is always welcome! Once we chose the dress, we paid and had the dress with us. Rita provided us with a few contacts of seamstress. For us it was a great service, in and out with the perfect dress! Happy all round. Thanks Rita and team for the wonderful service today xx
