While Coach and our team provide descriptions of the services offered via the Coach Canada website; each service can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of our Coach Clients as the business environment is constantly changing.

No Guarantee of Results

Although we make every effort to provide high-quality leadership advisory services, we cannot make any guarantees regarding the outcome of our services. Many factors will influence the success of our advisory services, including but not limited to, the level of participation and support provided by the client, the quality of the client’s execution of the plan and unforeseen external influences.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Participating actively in programs

  • Implementing recommended strategies

  • Communicating concerns or challenges promptly

Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms

When making an order or reserving a service/program, we require payment at the time of booking unless mutually agreed otherwise. Payment information includes pricing as displayed on our website and listed in our service agreement; these are considered the acceptable methods of payment. Prices can change at any time and without notice; however, once services are booked and confirmed via contract, the price published for those services will be the same as originally established.

Refund Policy

The conditions of the refund policy depend on which service was provided to you;

Consulting Services: Refunding is available only if we were unable to deliver services as agreed upon;

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business activities.

Programs or Courses: Not all programs or courses are eligible for a refund as it depends on the specific terms of the program;

Digital Products: Digital Products are usually non-refundable after accessing them or downloading them.

Refund Requests must be made in writing within the timeframe outlined in your Service Agreement and will be assessed on an individual basis.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by service. Please refer to your service agreement or contact us for details. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Third-Party Services
