Though not certified organic, this maccha is EU Certified, meaning it complies with the European Union's strict food safety and agricultural standards. This includes rigorous testing for pesticide residues, heavy metals, and contaminants. EU certification is one of the highest international benchmarks for food quality and consumer safety—even more stringent in some areas than Canadian or U.S. regulations.

Made from first flush Okumidori cultivar leaves, this maccha offers a vibrant green colour and smooth, well-balanced flavour with low bitterness and a clean finish. It's ideal for lattes, baking, smoothies, and foodservice settings where visual impact and taste matter.
