Our Project Manager will meet with you to understand your desires and needs for the installation, from hardscaping to softscaping, including irrigation, drainage, and sod enhancements. We will create a design layout that clearly explains the placement, plant names, and size for your landscape design project. This ensures you have a clear understanding of what you’re getting and where it’s going, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in our process.

Your project timing will depend on its size and complexity. We will give you an idea of the time it will take to complete and the sequential installation order. Keep in mind that weather conditions can affect installation schedules.

We recommend a lawn and garden service we offer to care for their new plant investment, such as watering, fertilizing, pruning, and general lawn care, to keep the landscape looking great long-term.

If we install plants into your landscape, we offer a Contractor Warranty for all plant material, guaranteeing it will remain healthy for 30 days from the planting date, provided it is on an operational auto-irrigation system (hand watering excluded). Replacements, if needed, will be made once at the end of the warranty period or at a time determined by the Contractor based on seasonal conditions. The warranty is void if damage occurs due to vandalism, acts of God, severe weather, or noncompliance with care recommendations. Additionally, the warranty does not cover transplanted or client-provided plant material.

While adjusting the design mid-project can increase costs or cause delays, we understand that changes may be necessary. If a change can be made, we will certainly try to accommodate the homeowner. Our final invoice will reflect the additional time and materials put into the project, and a change order will have to be signed by the homeowner. We make every effort to be clear about the design before installation. If you have questions, please ask before the installation begins to avoid higher costs or delays.
