To secure a service with All in the Edit, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the project service fee is required. This deposit covers time spent on the project, and any lost income due to cancellations. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

If All in the Edit must cancel the service for any reason, the deposit and any paid amounts will be fully refunded.

2.3. Complaints Policy

All in the Edit strives to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards. While we do not use AI in our work, errors can occur. If you’re unsatisfied with your service, please contact us. We prioritize client satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues.
