We provide home remodeling services, including but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, and general home renovations. Specific details of the project will be outlined in a formal agreement or estimate provided prior to commencing work.
3. Estimates and Contracts
All project estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Upon acceptance, a formal contract will be drafted, which must be signed before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure the project. Progress payments will be outlined in the contract and due at specified milestones. Final payment is required upon project completion and before delivery of the finished product.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.Refunds of deposits will be subject to deductions for any costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
6. Project Timeline
We aim to adhere to the agreed timeline; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, material shortages) may occur. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
7. Liability
We are not liable for:
Issues arising from client-provided materials. Delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control. Post-project alterations by the client or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Connecticut.
