1. $33 for 30 days is the program in which you are opting in to receive information. When you enter your information on the form you are allowing SPENGA Waukee to collect your full name, phone number, and email address. The purpose of this collection is to have a representative of our business contact you regarding the $33 for 30 days.

You will be contacted by our company via SMS acknowledging that we received your inquiry for the

$33 for 30 days. You will receive a call and a text message from our company when you first opt-in, and you can receive up to two more texts and call during the first week. During the second week if we have not yet heard back from you we will send one more text message.

2. Consent: You will click on the checkbox that you agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policy you will also see “By entering your phone number, you consent to receive messages from SPENGA Waukee.
