In October of 2018, Hurricane Michael (a powerful category 5 storm) made landfall near Panama City, FL, causing massive power outages and interruptions in utilities and services. At the request of Gulf Power / Southern Company, we provided a 1000 person turnkey base camp for the incoming linemen and utility workers who were tasked with restoring electrical services to the city and surrounding areas. Our scope of work included the following:
