================================

As Israel continued their journey, they encountered a powerful king.

Og, king of Bashan.

He was not an ordinary enemy.

He was strong.

His kingdom was fortified.

His presence alone could intimidate any army.

From a human perspective—

This battle looked impossible.

But before the fight even began, God spoke.

“Fear him not.”

Why?

Because the outcome was already decided.

“I will deliver him into thy hand.”

This moment reveals a powerful truth.

Some battles are won before they even begin—because God has already declared the victory.

Israel did not win because they were stronger.

They won because God was with them.

And this is important.

Because fear often comes before the fight.

We see the size of the problem.

The strength of the opposition.

The uncertainty of the outcome.

And we begin to doubt.

But God’s instruction was clear.

Do not fear.

Because the victory does not depend on you alone.

It depends on Him.

Deuteronomy 3 also reminds us of something deeper.

The land they conquered was not random.

It was part of God’s unfolding promise.

Even the difficult battles were part of preparation for the greater inheritance ahead.

This teaches us something powerful.

The battles you face today may be preparing you for the promise you have not yet seen.

And when God goes before you—

Victory is not just possible.

It is certain.

Step by Step: Walking in God’s Victory

Do not fear the battle
God sees the outcome before it begins.

Trust God’s promise
Victory is rooted in His word.

Move forward in obedience
Faith requires action.

Recognize God’s hand
Success comes from Him.

Prepare for greater things
Today’s battle shapes tomorrow’s blessing.

Victory does not come from strength alone.

It comes from trust in God.

PRAYER

Lord, help me trust You in every battle I face.
Remove fear from my heart and replace it with faith.
Remind me that You go before me and fight for me.
Give me courage to move forward in obedience.
Let my life reflect Your power and victory.
Amen.

Inday Sara: Tested by Trials, Standing for the Nation

Darryl Yap’s recent post about Vice President Sara Duterte struck a chord online, amassing thousands of comments and shares. His words painted a portrait of resilience: “Nagtitiwala, tumulong, tinraydor, siniraan, patuloy na pinahihirapan.”

For her supporters, Sara Duterte is not just a political figure — she is a daughter honoring her father’s legacy, and a leader standing up for the country amidst criticism and betrayal.

The post frames her as a defender of the nation, ready to battle what Yap describes as the “pulang halimaw na umuuto ng rosas,” a direct jab at political rivals. This strong imagery highlights how polarized Philippine politics has become — where allegiances, narratives, and symbols are constantly weaponized.

But beyond the rhetoric lies the bigger question: Can Sara Duterte truly rise above political attacks and prove herself as a unifying leader, or will she remain trapped in the cycle of partisan battles?

As the political landscape heats up, one thing remains clear — Sara Duterte continues to be a central figure in shaping the nation’s political future.

💭 What’s your take? Is Sara Duterte the resilient leader her supporters believe her to be — or just another political personality caught in the storm?
