Is it evidence—
or just a claim?
Because when a statement starts circulating online—
👉 the real question is not how viral it is…
👉 but how verified it is.
A post circulating online references an affidavit allegedly used in a case involving House Speaker Martin Romualdez, claiming that the same affidavit also contains statements involving other individuals.
However, the details of these claims have not been independently verified in official rulings or confirmed through publicly available final decisions.
Let’s be very clear.
An affidavit is:
👉 a sworn statement
NOT
👉 a final judgment
Meaning:
👉 it still needs to be:
tested
validated
proven in proper legal process
Posts like this often highlight:
👉 one part of a statement
without full legal context
Which creates:
👉 partial narratives
In cases like this:
👉 allegations must go through:
investigation
verification
court proceedings
Before becoming:
👉 established fact
Just because something spreads fast—
👉 doesn’t make it accurate.
Strong systems don’t rely on accusations—
👉 they rely on proof.
Because in the end—
👉 truth is not decided online…
👉 it is established through process.
This is critical because:
👉 misinformation spreads faster than facts
And when people confuse:
claims
with
conclusions
👉 trust gets damaged.
Proverbs 18:13 (KJV)
“He that answereth a matter before he heareth it…”
Judgment without full understanding leads to error.
Truth requires patience and discernment.
The claim is circulating.
The reaction is growing.
But the real question remains:
👉 What has been proven?
Because in the end—
👉 facts matter more than noise.

“This is not in defense of the President, but I have to say what really happened.”
Translation:
Walang whitewash. Walang palusot. At walang Maalala O Hindi ko Kilala budget drama.
May nakaalam. May hindi kumilos. May tumulong pa.
Katotohanan:
At ngayon, may nagsasalita.
Kahit gaano kataas.

Darryl Yap’s recent post about Vice President Sara Duterte struck a chord online, amassing thousands of comments and shares. His words painted a portrait of resilience: “Nagtitiwala, tumulong, tinraydor, siniraan, patuloy na pinahihirapan.”
For her supporters, Sara Duterte is not just a political figure — she is a daughter honoring her father’s legacy, and a leader standing up for the country amidst criticism and betrayal.
The post frames her as a defender of the nation, ready to battle what Yap describes as the “pulang halimaw na umuuto ng rosas,” a direct jab at political rivals. This strong imagery highlights how polarized Philippine politics has become — where allegiances, narratives, and symbols are constantly weaponized.
But beyond the rhetoric lies the bigger question: Can Sara Duterte truly rise above political attacks and prove herself as a unifying leader, or will she remain trapped in the cycle of partisan battles?
As the political landscape heats up, one thing remains clear — Sara Duterte continues to be a central figure in shaping the nation’s political future.
💭 What’s your take? Is Sara Duterte the resilient leader her supporters believe her to be — or just another political personality caught in the storm?
