Where is my consultation?
All consultations are conducted via Zoom and are designed to be quick and efficient.
During your consultation, we’ll need to clearly see your hair in order to assess your needs:
If you are starting locs, your hair must be free of braids.
If you already have locs, please be prepared to show your new growth
You may be asked to section your hair so we can assess part size, density, and overall condition.
Consultations typically last up to 15 minutes. In the event the consultation exceeds this time due to
additional assessment or questions, additional fees may apply.
This process allows us to properly prepare for your service and ensure your appointment is booked accurately.
How much is the consultation?
For your first visit, a $50 consultation is required.
This allows us to assess your locs, determine the appropriate maintenance method, and ensure
your service is booked correctly with the right stylist.
For most clients with traditional-size locs, first-time services typically range between $125–$135 total,
which includes the consultation and your initial maintenance service.
Please note, in some cases pricing may be higher depending on length, density, the size of your locs, and
the time since your last maintenance, as these factors require additional time.
Clients with smaller or microlocs should expect higher pricing due to the increased time and detail required.
The $50 consultation fee is incorporated into your overall first service, ensuring clarity and proper preparation for your appointment.

best service plan, and book you with the right stylist.
This ensures proper timing, clear expectations, and the best possible experience.
A consultation is only required for your first visit or if you haven’t been to the salon within the last year.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Our goal is to have you booked within 7 business days following your consultation.
In some cases, availability may vary based on the service needed, loc size, or stylist availability,
but most clients are scheduled within 7–14 business days.
During your consultation, we’ll review your options and work to secure the earliest appropriate
appointment for your service.
