Are the coaching sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is paramount in our coaching services. All sessions are private and we uphold strict confidentiality agreements to ensure your privacy and trust.
I don't feel comfortable in a group, will this still help me?
Most people don't at first, because how many times have you shared about your anxiety and binge eating and your friends just haven't got it? It probably made you feel even more ashamed. This is different because these women get it. They're in the exact same boat as you.
How much time do I need to invest to see results?
The program is designed to fit into your life with quick, implementable tasks that only require 10-20 minutes a week. The main commitment is your willingness to work on your relationship with food and engage with the resources provided.
Will I have lost weight after the 12 weeks?
While I can't guarantee your results, I am confident in my methods. It will all be up to you and how much time and effort you put into the program, but I will give you my 100% to make sure you succeed.
