Our service is provided on a "pay-per-lead" basis, meaning you are only charged for leads that meet the pre-agreed qualification criteria.
No Monthly Costs & No Retainers
We do not charge upfront setup fees, monthly retainers, or long-term contract fees. You only pay for the individual qualified leads delivered to you. You may stop receiving leads or "cancel" the service at any time by providing written notice; however, you remain responsible for payment of any leads delivered up until the moment of cancellation.
Lead Qualification & Filters
During the onboarding process, you will define your "Ideal Client" filters (e.g., industry, location, budget).
Our Responsibility: We promise to only deliver leads that meet these specific filters.
Your Responsibility: You agree to pay for every lead delivered that meets these criteria, regardless of whether you successfully close the sale.
Exclusivity
All leads delivered by E3 Leads Distribution are exclusive to your business. We do not "resell" or share the same lead with your competitors. Once a lead is delivered to you, it is yours to pursue.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed based on the volume of qualified leads delivered. Depending on your specific agreement, billing may occur weekly or upon reaching a specific lead threshold. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in an immediate pause of your lead flow.
Ad Spend & Creative Control
E3 Leads Distribution covers 100% of the ad spend on social and search channels. We maintain full ownership and creative control over the ad accounts, landing pages, and marketing assets used to generate these leads. These assets remain the intellectual property of E3 Leads Distribution.
Professional Conduct
By receiving leads from us, you agree to contact them in a professional and timely manner. You also agree to comply with all local regulations regarding telemarketing and data privacy (such as the TCPA or GDPR) once the lead data has been transferred to your possession.
Limitation of Liability
While we provide high-intent, authenticated leads, we do not guarantee a specific conversion rate or ROI. The ultimate success of the lead depends on your internal sales process and market conditions. E3 Leads Distribution is not liable for any lost profits or business interruptions.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our lead distribution technology or market regulations. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
