Who is Nicole?

Nicole Is A Registered Dietition/Nutritionist Practicing Functional Nutrition Therapy Since 2003

Education and Mission Statement

Nicole graduated from Florida International university And Studied Functional nutrition at the university of Miami’s Millers School of Medicine. Nicole holds multiple certifications: Psychology of Eating, Functional Nutrition, Certified Gluten Ptractitioner, Yoga Therapy & More.


She is here to help you achieve the life you deserve! Nicole offers the most “up-to-date” information when it comes to the advances in Anti-Aging, functional health, and nutrition.

Food Philosophy

In my opinion “diet” is a four-lettered word. The word diet implies that you change your eating habits to fit within a certain set of standards and rules outside from that which you normally consume. In other words, when most eople go on a diet, it’s life span is limited to a certain number of days, or

months (if you’re lucky) until your body and mind finally give in and revert back to it’s normal way of eating.


Dieting to lose weight or to achieve another health-related goal is a short-lived attempt to control our body and mind. These attempts fail every time! Therefore, I don’t recommended diets, meal plans, counting calories, points,

grams or weighing food. Not your average Dietitian, right?!


I do however, recommend following a few simple guidelines to reach your goals and work towards optimal health.


So go LOW SUGAR, GLUTEN & GRAIN FREE (OR VERY LOW).
