My Experience :
I have been working with families and kids for over 40 years, gaining experience with individuals of all ages—from pregnancy to the elderly—while learning about children and family dynamics. Growing up in a family of 12, I discovered the complexity and connection within relationships.
I have worked with nannies, caregivers, parents, camp counselors, teachers, and grandparents, focusing on relationships and providing tools to enhance bonds and create ease. My career includes coaching, mentoring, and supporting families in schools, homes, and communities.
I’ve had the privilege of working with foster families and youth, gaining insights into how early trauma impacts brain development and behavior. Additionally, I work with grandparents raising grandchildren, observing the dynamics of kinship care.
My Why :
Life experiences, including being a single parent and losing my eldest son to a heart condition, have profoundly shaped me. These challenges taught me resilience, healing, and supporting others in navigating grief and parenting struggles.

I combine Child Development theory with practical skills to create customized coaching strategies. I empower parents to feel confident, equipped, and excited to strengthen their relationships with their children.
