Skale Reactivation Agreement

1. There is no minimum term to this agreement

2. Skale Media will use it's CRM of choice to SMS and monitor leads for the purpose of this campaign. If there are special requirements for the campaign such as linking into the CRM of the client then these will be discussed at the onboarding call and implemented wherever possible

3. Skale Media will initially charge $100 (GST Exclusive) per qualified and booked sales call, which will be invoiced at the end of the month. The invoice is payable within 3 business days of being issued

4. A deposit of $2,000 (GST exclusive) is required for the commencement of the campaign. This will be deducted off the first month's invoice.

5. Skale Media is responsible for all CRM, SMS and other software charges for delivering the campaign

6. The campaign will be reviewed after the first month and it will be determined whether another model for charging Skale Media's service can be implemented, if there is no review or a new agreement is not put in place then the campaign will continue under the terms and conditions under this agreement.

7. The client is responsible for providing the leads to Skale Media in order to book these appointments. Initially this should be provided to Skale Media in a .csv format. At the onboarding call Skale Media will discuss with the client other potential ways of providing leads to Skale Media or Skale Media will assist in setting up automations so leads can be automatically delivered to Skale Media

8. The client acknowledges that it's database has opted in to receive communication from the client. Skale Media takes no responsibility for contacting leads that have no appropriately opted in to the client's database.
