2. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

You must not use our Services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
3. SMS & Messaging Terms
If you use our Services to send SMS messages or other forms of messaging communication:
Users must explicitly opt in to receive messagesOpt-in data and consent must be verifiableAll marketing messages must contain opt-out instructions such as “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”Message frequency must align with your stated disclosuresThe phrase “Message and data rates may apply” must be included when collecting opt-ins
We do not guarantee message delivery. Carriers and Pipeline Pros are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
4. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, legal, and truthful informationSecure necessary consents from your contacts and leadsUse our services in a way that reflects ethical business conductAdhere to applicable messaging and advertising guidelines
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due based on the terms outlined in your signed agreement, invoice, or subscription plan.
Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension.
Pipeline Pros reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to nonpayment.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary materials, campaigns, automations, strategies, content, and creative works developed by Pipeline Pros remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon payment in full, ownership of custom deliverables may be transferred to you as agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential or proprietary information shared throughout the engagement.
This obligation remains in effect unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing by the disclosing party.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided

without warranty of any kind.
Pipeline Pros is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesLosses caused by service outages, third-party platforms, or user errors
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Services for:
Breach of these TermsUnethical or unlawful usageFailure to remit payment
Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of any non-transferred intellectual property and delete confidential information obtained through our engagement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
