You remembered to order delicious pies from us, but how do you take them to the next level? Here’s a quick to make whipped topping recipe utilizing just 4 ingredients, and 5 minutes with an electric mixer. 

1 cup - heavy cream, chilled

1/4 cup - powdered sugar, sifted

1 teaspoon - vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons -honey bourbon  (adjust to taste)

Barrier Island Manhattan

1.5 oz - New South Spirits Rum

0.5 oz - Punt e Mes or red vermouth 

0.5 oz - Giffard Banane du Brésil

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

• Get coupe glasses chilled

•Starting with an empty Boston shaker tin measure out all ingredients and combine in one end of the tin. 

• Once done add a measure of ice to shake strongly for approx. 15 seconds until chilled and proper dilution is reached.

• Crack shaker, put a Hawthorne strainer on the shaker tin with a fine mesh strainer under it and pour straight into the chilled glass.

• Garnish for a Manhattan is one Luxardo cherry sunk in the bottom of the cocktail glass

Oven:Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Wrap the leftover prime rib in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped prime rib in the preheated oven. Reheat for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

Transfer:Transfer the reheated slices to a serving dish immediately to prevent overcooking.
