Stormy Wellington Brands – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users, subscribers, and purchasers of any products, programs, or services offered by Stormy Wellington, Girl Hold My Hand, Stormy Speaks, The Awakening, and any other affiliated brand or experience. This includes, but is not limited to, workshops, academies, coaching containers, digital products, memberships, and live or recorded events. By purchasing or accessing any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms in full.

Access & Use

All products and programs are for individual use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, repurpose, or record any part of the materials without prior written consent. Unauthorized sharing or duplication will result in revoked access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Access is granted to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Payments & Subscriptions

Programs may be offered on a monthly, annual, or one-time “lifetime” basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 72 hours before the next billing date by emailing [email protected]. If you choose a payment plan, your access may be paused or removed if a payment fails or is missed. For lifetime access plans with installments, full access is granted only after the final payment clears. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

Access Terms

Active members will retain access to included content, trainings, digital resources, and private communities as outlined in the offer. Once your subscription ends or is canceled, all access is revoked.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove bonus content, community features, or platforms without notice.

Responsibility & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for keeping your contact and billing info current. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by user error, outdated information, or third-party outages.

You agree to conduct yourself with respect and integrity within all Girl Hold My Hand communities. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

Intellectual Property

All materials—including video trainings, documents, coaching tools, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of Stormy Wellington and her affiliated brands. You may not reproduce, resell, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

Affiliate Program

If you participate in an affiliate or referral program, commissions are paid only on qualified referrals. Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or abuse will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions. We reserve the right to modify commission structures and eligibility requirements at any time.

Results & Disclaimer

We share real testimonials and success stories, but make no guarantees regarding income, business growth, or personal transformation. Your results depend on your effort, mindset, offer, consistency, and implementation. We are not liable for any outcome resulting from your participation.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first seek resolution by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any unresolved matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and handled through binding arbitration.
