Welcome to the Ready Life Network (“Program”), owned and operated by Randy Pryor & Associates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and access to the Program. By enrolling in or using the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not participate in or use the Program.
Ready Life Network is a guided life system designed to help men and women move from reaction to intention—from default living to deliberate design. We exist for people who are outwardly functioning but inwardly unsettled; individuals who have achieved milestones yet feel misaligned; those who sense that life is happening to them faster than they are shaping it.
Ready Life Network is not limited by age, gender, or life circumstance. While our primary focus serves individuals in their 30s through 60s navigating major life transitions, our system is applicable to all adults seeking intentional living. Our philosophy applies universally: Clarity Before Chemistry. Intention Before Reaction.
Our ecosystem includes two specialized divisions operating under the Ready Life Network umbrella:
Ready Man® Network – A disciplined environment for men seeking clarity, emotional stability, and direction across every area of life.
Ready Woman® Network – A structured space for women to reclaim clarity, confidence, and balance without abandoning ambition, empathy, or faith.
Within these divisions, we offer specialized pathways aligned to life seasons—not age restrictions:
Renewed Programs – For individuals navigating life after significant relationship loss (including divorce, widowhood, or the end of long-term partnerships without marriage certificates). We recognize that emotional loss occurs with or without legal documentation.
Pure Programs – For single individuals focused on identity development, self-understanding, and personal readiness before new relationships.
Elevate Programs – For those in relationships or preparing for marriage, focused on deepening connection through clarity and communication.
At the core of all programs is the Ready Life GPS™ Framework—seven Goal Positioning Strategies ensuring balanced growth across:
Financial stability and trajectory
Emotional and mental readiness
Work and life alignment
Physical health and energy
Personal growth and leadership
Family and relationship health
Spiritual grounding and lifestyle clarity
This is not a motivation platform.
This is not a temporary intervention.
Ready Life Network is an infrastructure for lifelong readiness—a daily operating system for intentional living, not occasional inspiration.
To enroll in Ready Life Network, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
Be a natural person at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Agree to and comply with these Terms and all Program policies and guidelines.
Ready Life Network is designed for adults seeking intentional living across all life seasons. While our primary focus serves individuals in their 30s through 60s navigating major life transitions, our system is applicable to all adults regardless of gender, marital status, age, or life circumstance. Our philosophy applies universally: Clarity Before Chemistry. Intention Before Reaction.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any registration and to cancel or suspend your participation for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or misconduct within the Program community.
Participation in Ready Life Network is subject to payment of fees as set forth below:
Core Membership Fee: The current fee for Ready Life Network core membership is USD $29.00 per month. This membership provides full access to daily GPS lessons, community platform (Ready Man Network or Ready Woman Network), coaching resources, and all standard program features.
Specialized Program Fees: Additional specialized programs (including Renewed, Pure, Elevate pathways, and GPS deep-dive programs) may carry separate fees ranging from $97 to $197 per program. These fees are listed individually on their respective product pages.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon enrollment. Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods authorized by us. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel at least three (3) days before the end of your subscription term, your enrollment will automatically renew for successive monthly periods at the then-current fee.
Our refund policy is as follows:
All payments for core membership are non-refundable after the first seven (7) days of enrollment, except as required by applicable law.
If you notify us in writing within seven (7) days of initial enrollment that you wish to cancel, we will issue a full refund for the current billing period.
After the seven-day period, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation or dissatisfaction with the Program content.
Specialized program purchases (Renewed, Pure, Elevate, GPS programs) are non-refundable under all circumstances once access has been granted.
All materials provided through Ready Life Network—including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, the Ready Life GPS™ framework, and software (collectively, "Program Materials")—are the exclusive intellectual property of Healthy Life America, LLC dba Ready Life Network, unless otherwise indicated. These Program Materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Ready Life GPS™ framework, Ready Man® Network, and Ready Woman® Network are registered trademarks of Healthy Life America, LLC.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Program Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with Ready Life Network. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with all provisions of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit the Program Materials for any commercial purpose.
Modify, reproduce, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicize the Program Materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
Frame or mirror any part of the Program or incorporate the Program Materials into any other program or publication.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of any Program software.
Share your login credentials with any third party or otherwise permit any unauthorized person to access the Program using your account.
Use the Ready Life GPS™ framework, Ready Man® Network name, or Ready Woman® Network name to create competing programs or services.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to Ready Life Network and its features (or any part thereof) at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, your violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Program, its staff, or other Participants. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
READY LIFE NETWORK AND ALL PROGRAM MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEALTHY LIFE AMERICA, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Ready Life Network provides structure and guidance for intentional living. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, relationship results, financial gains, or emotional states. Transformation requires your active participation and consistent engagement with the system.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTHY LIFE AMERICA, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN READY LIFE NETWORK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN READY LIFE NETWORK DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthy Life America, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
Your breach of these Terms;
Your negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law;
Any claim that your use of the Program or Program Materials infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts located in Iredell County, North Carolina, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in Ready Life Network.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or relating to these Terms or Ready Life Network shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mooresville, North Carolina, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with those rules. The arbitrator's award shall be in writing and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Your use of Ready Life Network is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy at the following link before using the Program:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or within the Program portal. The revised Terms shall become effective upon posting. Your continued participation in Ready Life Network after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by Healthy Life America, LLC in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Healthy Life America, LLC.
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthy Life America, LLC regarding your participation in Ready Life Network and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Healthy Life America, LLC.
