Town Hall Annex M&E installation in East Ham

Lawsons Group Ltd was appointed to deliver the electrical installation works at Town Hall Annex in East Ham, a building originally constructed in 1939 as part of the town hall estate.

The project involved transforming the former annex into 40 new build apartments, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes. Our work included a full new electrical installation across the development, supporting both the individual apartments and communal spaces.

We also installed EV charging infrastructure and electrical services for the communal garden areas, helping bring the building up to the needs of modern residents while respecting the character of the original structure.

All electrical work was completed and certified through the NICEIC approved contractor scheme.
