Yes - if you’re building from one of our 70+ Valletta Homes designs (with or without customisations), your locked-in build quote is completely free. If you’re bringing your own plans, a quoting fee may apply for complex custom designs, but we’ll always be upfront about that before we start.

What makes your pricing different from other builders?

How long does the build take?
