for Coquitlam School

District 43 Trustee


Coquitlam residents will have the opportunity to elect one School District No. 43 Trustee during the upcoming by-election on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

COQUITLAM, B.C., January 27, 2025 – Coquitlam residents will have the opportunity to elect one School District No. 43 (Area 1 - Coquitlam) Trustee during the upcoming by-election on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Advance Voting Opportunities

Eligible voters can cast their ballots early at any of the following advance voting locations from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.:

Centennial Pavilion (630 Poirier Street) – February 12

Pinetree Community Centre (1260 Pinetree Way) – February 15

Advance voting locations are wheelchair accessible.

Get Out and Vote

General voting will take place on Saturday, February 22, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at eight voting locations across Coquitlam. A map of voting locations is available at coquitlam.ca/vote.

Voters must bring at least two documents that, in combination, show proof of identity and residency. At least one must include a signature. Examples of acceptable documents include a BC Driver’s Licence, BC Care Card, Birth Certificate, or a Property Tax Notice issued by the City of Coquitlam. A full list of acceptable documents and eligibility requirements is available online at coquitlam.ca/vote.
