Pricing for landscaping Services varies based on property size, access, complexity of work, materials used, and the frequency and duration of service. In many cases, Judkins Landscaping will provide an estimate or proposal before Services begin. Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are not a guarantee of final price and may be adjusted to reflect actual conditions encountered and Services rendered, with your approval where required by law or good practice.

Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms agreed for your particular service plan or project. Accepted payment methods may include [Payment Methods], subject to change at our discretion. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service visit, you agree to provide reasonable advance notice so that we can adjust our routing and staffing. Unless otherwise specified in your written agreement, we request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee or minimum service charge, as set out in [Cancellation Policy Details].

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with [Cancellation Policy Details] and any applicable state, provincial, or national consumer protection laws. Where Services have already been rendered, Judkins Landscaping may, at its discretion, offer to re-perform certain work or provide a partial credit rather than a monetary refund, provided this is consistent with your written agreement and any legal requirements.

In the event of a prolonged interruption, we will work with you in good faith to determine appropriate adjustments to the service schedule or scope.

9. Termination

Judkins Landscaping reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create unsafe working conditions, engage in abusive or unlawful behavior, or otherwise make it unreasonable for us to continue providing Services. Where required by law, we will provide notice of termination and an opportunity to remedy the issue before Services are discontinued.

Unless otherwise stated in a written maintenance contract or fixed-term agreement, you may discontinue Services at any time by providing notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
