Limitation of Liability

STGrowthMedia is not liable for:

Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated output.

Any consequences resulting from the use of AI output.

Loss of data.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for our services during the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

STGrowthMedia may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law and EU GDPR regulations.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable communication via email.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.

Privacy and AI-Specific Processing

User input and AI interactions may be used to improve AI systems, where possible in anonymized form.

OpenAI or other third-party providers may process data in accordance with their own policies, and we ensure that such processing remains GDPR compliant.

Automated decision-making through AI may occur. You have the right to request human review of any automated decisions.

You may not misuse our services or cause harm to others.
