Do you have insurance?
You bet! Rest assured we are a fully insured Tree Service
Company.
How do you conduct billing?
We bill your account immediately after a service is performed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
If I have a service concern how do I contact you?
At Chattanooga Tree Removal we go out of our way to provide
excellent customer service. Should the need arise, you can
contact us at [email protected]
Does someone need to be home when you perform the tree service?
Not at all. Please ensure we have access to all areas of your
property that are needed and that all pets are left inside.
What is my property did not get serviced on my designated day?
Other than a rain delay or a very rare circumstance I should
never miss a scheduled cut. In the case of a delay I'll always be
out the following day. If I'm unable to service your property I will
make sure to let you know.
Do you really plant a tree for every tree you remove?
Absolutely. At Chattanooga Tree Removal we’re committed to
leaving our world a better place. We’ve partnered with One Tree
Planted to ensure we do just that.
