These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, consultations, courses, digital products, and any services provided by Diane Webster International (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services — Educational, Not Legal or Tax Advice

2. No Professional-Client Relationship in Regulated Fields

Booking a consultation or using our materials does not create:

- An attorney–client relationship

- A tax advisor–client relationship

- A financial advisor–client relationship

- A real estate broker–client relationship in any particular jurisdiction unless clearly defined in a separate written agreement

You are solely responsible for engaging qualified local professionals to review contracts, perform due diligence, and

represent you in any transaction.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information when requested

- Understand that our role is to help you prepare and ask better questions, not to replace local professionals

- Confirm all legal, tax, visa, financial, and property-related decisions with appropriately licensed experts in the relevant country or region

- Take full responsibility for your own decisions and actions

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

- Payment is typically required at the time of booking a consultation or purchasing a digital product.

- Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of consulting and immediate access to educational materials.

- You may request to reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice; rescheduling is subject to availability.

- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created or provided by Diane Webster International, including but not limited to:

- Guides, checklists, and templates

- Courses and training materials

- Presentations and scripts

- Funnel structures, email copy, and digital downloads

- Brand names, logos, and trade dress is owned by Diane Webster International and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own private use only. You may not:

- Share, sell, duplicate, or distribute materials to others

- Upload our content to public platforms without permission

- Claim our content as your own

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Referrals to Local Professionals

We may recommend or introduce you to third-party professionals such as:

- Attorneys or notarios

- Licensed real estate agents or brokers

- Tax or financial professionals

- Surveyors, inspectors, or other specialists

These professionals are independent from Diane Webster International. We do not supervise, control, or guarantee

their work, fees, or outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating, selecting, and contracting with them.

We are not liable for any act, omission, or advice given by third-party professionals.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Our services and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

- We make no guarantees regarding results, approvals, profitability, or success of any rental, purchase, relocation, or investment.

- Laws, visa requirements, tax rules, and market conditions change frequently and may differ by region;

we cannot guarantee that all information is current or applies to your exact situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of our website, services, consultations, or materials.
