THIS IMMERSION IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND TRANSFERABLE ONLY TO A JOHN WINELAND EVENT WITHIN ONE-YEAR IF REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE IMMERSION START DATE. AFTER THE 30 DAYS, THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS.
