Services Description

Bright Spark AI provides Database Reactivation (DBR) campaigns, chat AI, and voice AI setup and automation services tailored primarily for chiropractic practices. Services may include, but are not limited to, strategy setup, automation workflows, AI assistant configuration, messaging logic, and campaign optimization.

Service details, scope, and deliverables may vary by client and are subject to change at the discretion of Bright Spark AI.

Setup, Access, and Third-Party Tools

Some services may require access to third-party platforms (e.g., CRM systems, phone systems, messaging platforms). Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions to required tools unless otherwise stated in writing.

Bright Spark AI is not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes made by third-party platforms.

Payments

All payments are due as outlined in the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Setup fees, monthly fees, or campaign fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices are subject to change with notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and custom setups, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered, including AI setup, automation builds, or DBR campaigns. Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and are granted at the sole discretion of Bright Spark AI.

Results Disclaimer

Bright Spark AI does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased bookings, revenue, or patient reactivation. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, such as market conditions, client responsiveness, existing databases, and operational follow-through.

Confidentiality

Bright Spark AI agrees to keep all client business information confidential and will not disclose sensitive information except as required to provide services or by law. Clients acknowledge that AI tools may process data to function as intended.

Intellectual Property

All materials, workflows, automations, scripts, prompts, and AI configurations created by Bright Spark AI remain the intellectual property of Bright Spark AI unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered services for their own business.

Limitation of Liability

Bright Spark AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or data issues.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction over Bright Spark AI.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bright Spark AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
