1) How Much Does It Cost?
First Session with Founder (Ben) $350
First session with all other certified practitioners $195
Military, PD, First Responders, Teachers, Youth under 21, Seniors 65+: $150
-Full body assessment to figure out your flexibility needs and increase self-awareness.
-Compression massage to warm the body up and decrease muscle stiffness.
-Trigger point therapy to release tight knots and muscle tension.
-Whole-body stretch to release stored tension/energy and elongate muscles.
-Alleviate aromatherapy balm to help keep you calm.
-Heated Crystal Energy mat to help you relax and release negative energy.
FOR ANY SESSION AFTER THAT THE FEE IS:
-$120 for a 30 minute session
- $165 for a 50-minute session

-Late Cancellations: All appointments not canceled within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee.
-No Call/No Show appointments will be charged the full amount of service.
-Please note sessions with Ben are at a higher rate.
2) What to wear / What to bring?
Please wear comfortable attire that you can easily move in such as athletic wear, yoga clothing, or gym clothes.
Wear or bring socks.
Socks must be worn during your stretch session. If you do not wear socks before your appointment, we ask that you bring a pair with you.
3) Is this type of therapy right for me?
If you are dealing/struggling with tension, trauma, stress, or shock in your body, then this would be highly recommended for you. If you have been to different medical professions for help (ie.. Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, Ortho.) and you are still suffering/dealing with the same issue, we may be the solution you need!
3) I'm pregnant, Is this safe for me?
Our Stretch Therapy services are safe for pregnant women up to their 3rd trimester.
4) How can I schedule an appointment?
There are several ways that you can schedule with us.
A) You may schedule online by completing this form and we will take you to our online calendar.
B) If you are having issues booking please contact us via text message by texting (301) 822-2375.
5) How quickly can you see a new patient?
New patients are seen 6 days a week and on the same day.
6) Are you open on weekends and late evenings?
Yes, we do have weekend hours and late evening hours till 8 pm. All clients must report 15 minutes before we close in order to be seen.
7) Do you accept insurance
No! We do accept HSA/FSA debit cards.
8) What is the address and is there parking?
