The coach must hold a certified training credential from a recognized institution.The coach must have clear practical experience or a professional coaching vision.The platform management reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on quality standards and alignment with the platform’s goals.
The coach is committed to providing accurate and truthful information in their bio and listed specialties.The platform management reserves the right to review or edit certain wording to ensure professional consistency, coordinated and agreed upon with the coach.We are committed to preserving each coach’s unique identity and style while maintaining content quality that aligns with platform standards.
Session pricing is set by the coach in USD.The coach must inform the platform management of any changes to pricing, session details, or availability.The platform is not responsible for any private negotiations conducted outside its official supervision.
The coach must offer a free 30-minute Chemistry Call to each potential client (coachee) before any paid sessions or coaching commitments.This session is mandatory for all coaches registered on the platform to ensure alignment between coach and client.No fees may be charged for this session under any circumstances.The session must be scheduled through the platform’s official booking system.
The platform facilitates secure booking between coach and client.Sharing personal phone numbers or direct contact information outside the system is prohibited without formal approval from the platform.Conducting or finalizing any financial transactions outside the platform is strictly forbidden without official oversight.
Coaches must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information shared during sessions.Coaches are prohibited from offering psychological, medical, or legal consultations unless they are licensed specialists.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, use, or leak any client information for any purpose without written approval from the platform management.In cases of proven fraud or data breaches, the platform reserves the right to:Impose a financial penalty of no less than $5,000 USD.Take all necessary legal and judicial actions to protect its rights and its clients’ rights.Immediately terminate the coach’s account without prior notice.
Coaches retain ownership rights over their own content (images, videos, training materials), unless otherwise agreed upon for use within platform content.Copying or using another coach’s materials within the platform without prior permission is prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to enable clients to rate and review coaches after sessions.Coaches are expected to respond to all reviews and ratings in a professional and courteous manner.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any coach who violates policies or receives repeated complaints.Coaches may request to freeze their account temporarily by providing at least one month’s notice.
All applications and attachments will be reviewed, and the coach will be notified of the outcome within a maximum of 10 business days.Upon acceptance, the coach’s profile will be published on the platform and made available for booking based on their listed availability.
Coaching Hub management reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.Coaches will be notified of any major changes via their registered email address.
By submitting this form, the coach acknowledges full agreement to all the Terms & Conditions stated above, including the obligation to provide a free Chemistry Call and comply with client data protection policies.Note:
