This keynote positioned reentry as a countywide systems-transformation challenge, connecting lived experience, public-sector strategy, community partnerships, and criminal justice reform. Presented at an LA County all-staff convening, the talk explored how more humane reentry systems require deeper collaboration with community-based organizations, expanded leadership from people with lived experience, and stronger alignment between public agencies and service providers.
