Well I hit my first round goal exactly I couldn't believe it! 44lbs lost and 51inches off my entire body. This is unbelievable. I cannot wait to see how round 2 goes. I have never stuck with something this long or tis easily.

I am a busy mom/wife and Back2fit is doable because if it's simplicity. You guys, Drew, the FB group, meditation, positive affirmations and me made it all possible. Thank you so much I feel amazing. I feel good on the inside and outside.

The first 5 days of the journey I wanted to quit because I was hungry but what kept me going was the affirmation that Drew sent "I can do hard things" and then it all started to make sense. Now I can't have a good day with out all my morning routine, with meditation, positive affirmations, gratitudes, cold showers.

I am so grateful to Drew and his guidance and support. During this jouorney I made wonderful friends, to some I talk almost daily. The community of like minded people created by Drew is a great environment for support and cultivating empathy in fitness.

I struggle with food. I always have. I'm not gonna go into the history of why, but let's just say at times in my life it was the only thing I felt like I had control over. I ate when I was happy. I ate when I was angry. I ate when I was depresses. WhenI made bad decisions.

For me, it was having structured plan to reset my health and life. Knowing I have this workout to do on this day without having to search around to make up my own plan. Having an understanding of what macros I need to follow. Jouornaling on a daily basis. I've lost weight before, but it was on my own ans it wasn't structured. Which for me is why I was never successful at it. This isn't a diet for me. It's not just a program fro me. It'sa lifestyle change. The toolsI've received from Drew have literally changed my life.
